If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the size up for a more relaxed and comfortable feel. Always. At Harlow & Stone, every piece is selected with intention, comfort, and timeless wearability in mind. We focus on elegant fabrics, flattering fits, and pieces designed to be worn and loved season after season.

Some of our most loved pieces may return in limited quantities, depending on availability. Because many styles are part of limited seasonal selections, we recommend ordering while your size is still available.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, simply contact us at info@harlowandstone.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you the return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For returns within Australia, a return handling fee between $35–$50 AUD applies depending on the return location and package size.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@harlowandstone.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

We do not accept returns for personalized items, custom orders, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
